using a rubber stamp or who want to write on the color

as a professional business card 2" x 3.5"

Physical
Hand Punches come in a variety of
sizes and shapes. (They usually look like old fashioned
single punch hand operated pliers.) Because
our clients have requested it, we also now offer a limited
supply of specialty hand punches -- please CLICK

PREMIUM HEAVIER
CARD STOCK - Our standard premium 14 pt professional
card stock is at least a step above most of our competitor's
(whose standard is either 10 or 12 pt). We offer you
a premium 14 pt (which is our competitors' upgraded
choice), with a choice of Gloss or uncoated. (14 point
card stock is what is usually used on a professionally
done postcard.)
We also offer our clients a super
premium 16 pt card stock, with a choice of Matte or
Gloss Finish. This stock is thicker than a postcard.
There is simply no comparison within the printing industry's
paper stock AND we are offering this specialty item
at an unbelievably low discount price. At Business Card
Source, we offer discount pricing and custom design
-- not substandard quality products or cookie-cutter
design.
AVAILABLE COATINGS (recommendations and explanations):
Some of our punch card clients order the “uncoated
cards” (since you can write on
these cards or stamp them with permanent ink) and then
have a specially designed (small) rubber
stamp made – i.e. a very unique stamp done
by a local vendor. (The size of your actual stamp would
need to be communicated to us so that the punch areas
weren’t too close together – and that would
depend upon how many punch areas you would want on the
card.) Most clients who order rubber stamps for punch
cards order stamps that are equal to or smaller than
1/4” or 5/16" in diameter (depending upon
how many "punches" are to be on the card.
Some clients order GLOSS coated punch cards:
you cannot write or stamp on gloss coated punch cards.
Some clients order MATTE finished punch cards: you can
use a ball point pen or an ultra fine Sharpie on these.
We do not recommend this finish where stamping or using
a Uni-ball type pen to write on these is expected.

PRINT-READY: A
"print-ready" file means that
we do NO DESIGN or SET-UP work to the file;
it MUST meet all of our print specifications
so that it can be transmitted directly to
the press exactly as we receive it. After
we receive your emailed or uploaded file(s),
we will review each file. If we find any
obvious problems, we'll contact you, otherwise
we will treat it as a print ready file and
send it directly to print without any modification
whatsoever. All files that require us to
modify it will incur a design charge added
to your final total.
We
only accept images in the following file
formats:
TIF, EPS, PSD, JPG, & PDF
We do NOT accept Publisher
(.PUB) files -- Save publisher files as
a PDF file.
The fast method to
send your image file(s):
Send

and ATTACH your images to the email. Make
sure that the subject of your email is your
order number.

Your e-mail should contain:
Subject Line: Your
ORDER NUMBER.
Body of E-mail: Individual name of person in
photo, company name, company address, phone/fax number
where you may be reached, e-mail address and the file
name of your attachment.

Images over 3 megs in size; If
your email cannot send large attachments,
AFTER you have placed an order
(and have an ORDER # to reference), contact
us by email, referencing your order number,
and ask us for FTP upload
instructions.

AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER!
When we have everything we need from you, you
will receive an emailed proof within 24 hours
for your review and approval. Once
you approve the proof, the job
is transmitted to a high volume press for print
sequencing.
