The December 2004 issue of Entreprenuer (page 92) states "use longer-term loyalty programs, such as punch cards that entitle customers to a benefit after 10 purchases. These inspire greater sales volumes while short-circuiting requests for individual discounts."

Choices in finish: professional 14 pt. uncoated cards on all quantities -- or 14 pt gloss coated w/UV coating (lamination) on the color side(s) on all quantity levels ... you choose this as an option during check-out. Clients using a rubber stamp or who want to write on the color side of the cards should choose the UNCOATED option. These punch cards are the same size as a business card 2" x 3.5".

Physical Hand Punches come in a variety of sizes and shapes. (They usually look like old fashioned single punch hand operated pliers.) Because our clients have requested it, we also now offer a limited supply of speciality hand punches -- please CLICK HERE to see our special offerings.

Some of our punch card clients order the “un-coated cards” (since you can stamp them with permanent ink) and then have a specially designed (small) rubber stamp made – i.e. a very unique stamp done by a local vendor. (The size of your actual stamp would need to be communicated to us so that the punch areas weren’t too close together – and that would depend upon how many punch areas you would want on the card.) Most clients who order rubber stamps for punch cards order stamps that are equal to or smaller than 1/4” or 5/16" in diameter (depending upon how many "punches" are to be on the card..

PRINT-READY: A "print-ready" file means that we do NO DESIGN or SET-UP work to the file; it MUST meet all of our print specifications so that it can be transmitted directly to the press exactly as we receive it. After we receive your emailed or uploaded file(s), we will review each file. If we find any obvious problems, we'll contact you, otherwise we will treat it as a print ready file and send it directly to print without any modification whatsoever. All files that require us to modify it will incur a design charge added to your final total.

We accept images in the following file formats:
TIF, EPS, PSD, JPG, & PDF
We do NOT accept Publisher (.PUB) files -- Save publisher files as a PDF file.

Subject Line: Your ORDER NUMBER. Sorry, we do NOT generate proofs without an order in place.
Body of E-mail: Individual name of person in photo, company name, company address, phone/fax number where you may be reached, e-mail address and the file name of your attachment.

Photos, LOGOS, or Images over 3 megs in size; If your email cannot send large attachments, AFTER you have placed an order (and have an ORDER # to reference), contact us by email, referencing your order number, and ask us for FTP upload instructions.
