TIF, EPS, PSD, JPG, & PDF
We do NOT accept Publisher
(.PUB) files -- Save publisher files as
a PDF file.

Your e-mail should contain:
Subject Line: Your
ORDER NUMBER.
Body of E-mail: Individual name of person in
photo, company name, company address, phone/fax number
where you may be reached, e-mail address and the file
name of your attachment.
Photos, LOGOS, or
Images over 3 megs in size; If
your email cannot send large attachments,
AFTER you have placed an order
(and have an ORDER # to reference), contact
us by email, referencing your order number,
and ask us for FTP upload
instructions.

AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER!
When we have everything we need from you, you
will receive an emailed proof within 24 hours
for your review and approval. Once
you approve the proof, the job
is transmitted to a high volume press for print
sequencing.

* PRINT-READY: A
"print-ready" file means that
we do NO DESIGN or SET-UP work to the file; it MUST
meet all of our print specifications
so that it can be transmitted directly to
the press exactly as we receive it. After
we receive your emailed or uploaded file(s),
we will review each file. If we find any
obvious problems, we'll contact you, otherwise
we will treat it as a print ready file and
send it directly to print without any modification
whatsoever. All files that require us to
modify it will incur a design charge added
to your final total.
