we need (from you) to complete your order, you
will receive an email with a link to review your proof
from "proofs" at Business Card Source
for your review and approval.
After you approve the proof,
the job is released to print.
Also, when you are done placing an order, please
do not forget to click on the link further down on this page TO SEND US YOUR PHOTOS, LOGOS, OR IMAGES! All pricing reflects
a max of 2-3 proofs. Addtl proofs may be purchased as an
add-on.

PRINT-READY: A
"print-ready" file means that
we do NO DESIGN or SET-UP work to the file;
it MUST meet all of our print specifications
so that it can be transmitted directly to
the press exactly as we receive it. After
we receive your emailed or uploaded file(s),
we will review each file. If we find any
obvious problems, we'll contact you, otherwise
we will treat it as a print ready file and
send it directly to print without any modification
whatsoever. All files that require us to
modify it will incur a design charge added
to your final total.
We
accept images in the following file formats:
TIF, EPS, PSD, JPG, & PDF
We do NOT accept .pgn or Publisher
(.PUB) files -- You should save publisher files
as a 350 dpi PDF file and transmit the PDF file.

send your file(s) via your own email program (make
sure you open your email program first):

Your e-mail should contain:
Subject Line: Your
ORDER NUMBER. You MUST place an order to get a proof.
Body of E-mail: Individual name of person in
photo, company name, company address, phone/fax number
where you may be reached, e-mail address and the file
name of your attachment.
Photos, LOGOS, or
Images over 3 megs in size; If
your email cannot send large attachments,
AFTER you have placed an order
(and have an ORDER # to reference), contact
us by email, referencing your order number,
and ask us for FTP upload
instructions.
Please remember to check your email (including your spam folder) OFTEN after placing an order (even on weekends and holidays).
