2009 brings with it many updates to our
web based business. We have listened to our clients' feedback
and have given you more options and capabilities -- including
a way to design your own items online and viewing your changes
on-line. We have added several business products and removed
items that were slow movers. With each passing year it also
brings challenges to our business and yours in increased shipping
costs. In mid May through mid June this year, we upgraded
our web hosting to a faster server and upgraded our shopping
cart package (which unfortunately also broke our shopping
cart which took engineers to get working again). We sincerely
apologize for the inconvenience this caused some of our new
and repeat clients. Technology is wonderful when it works
correctly.
